<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently and economically use a line by using a packet communication line at the time of performing a moving picture communication, providing a means for adjusting the number of the transmitted and received packets and the length of the packet and suitably thinning out one picture of the moving picture and packeting according to the speed or the like of the movement of an object. CONSTITUTION:A picture frame inputted from a television camera is sequentially stored in an input picture frame temporary memory device 3 one frame by one frame and the presence and the absence of the necessity for packeting and the range for packeting and transmitting in the input picture frames are decided by an input picture packeting decision device 5. The packeting decision of the input picture is automatically carried out by detecting the difference between the picture frames. In a receiving side, when the packet is inputted to a communication controller 8 from the packet communication line 9, it is decomposed into picture frame information in a packet decomposition device 7, and all of the contents or a part thereof of an output picture frame temporary memory device 4 is rewritten. Accordingly, the communication of wide range from the moving picture rapid in movement from a still picture can be performed by the same communication terminal equipment.</p> |
