PURPOSE:To provide a tunnel device which has less friction resistance with a foamed resin, by a method wherein, in an extrusion foaming molder, an inner surface of a tunnel-shaped shaping device mounted to a top of an extruder is formed of a fluorocarbon resin plate, and said resin plate loosely fitted to said tunnel inner surface. CONSTITUTION:In case a molten thermoplastic synthetic resin substance containing a foaming agent is extruded through a die 3 of an extruder and is caused to pass through a tunnel-shaped shaping device 5, attached to the point of an extruder 1, in the outside of the extruder 1 and is foamed for curing to produce a foamed product, at least a part of a surface, where the inner surface of the tunnel-shaped shaping device 5 makes contact with a foamed resin, is formed of a fluorocarbon resin plate 6, and said resin plate 6 is attached to the inner side surface of the tunnel through a fitting part 7 in a manner that it is positioned with a sufficient play to allow the absorption of the increase in the volume of said resin plate 6. This enables the production of a tunnel device which has less friction resistance with a foamed resin. |
