PURPOSE:To eliminate a circulating pump of liquid to be purified by a system wherein an electrostatic purifying tank is provided through a closing valve in a branch circuit branched off the suction side main circuit of a pump in the hydraulic drive gear to circulate working oil by means of an oil circulating pump. CONSTITUTION:The accompanying figure shows an example of a hydraulic dirve gear employed in an injection molding machine. The oil circulating pump 5' sucks up the working oil in an oil tank 6 through a strainer 7 and sends it to selector valves 8 and hydraulic cylinders 9. After that, return oil is sent through an oil cooler 10 back to the tank 6. The suction side main circuit 14 is connected with the branch circuit 12, with which the electrostatic purifying tank 11 is provided through the closing valve 13. When the pump 5' is put into operation, working oil is sucked up through the purifying tank 11 simultaneously through the strainer 7 and the oil, particles in which are caught with a filter 17 connected to DC high tension power source and purified in the purifying tank 11, is joined the suction side main circuit 14. |
