PURPOSE:To improve the quality of image by controlling a gap between a magnetic roll and a photoreceptor to keep the gap constant. CONSTITUTION:A subplate 2, the 1st and 2nd magnetic rolls 4, 4' are attached to both the side plates 1 of a body A through a shaft 5 and rolls 6, 6' for a gap setting member are fitted to both the end parts of the magnetic roll 4. The roll 6 has a larger diameter than the magnetic roll 4 and is projected to the photoreceptor B side outer than the magnetic roll 4 and the front 1a of the side plate 1. A rink plate 7 is fitted to the side plate 1. The 1st spring 9 keeps the balance of contact force between the 1st roll 6 and a photoreceptor B and that between the 2nd roll 6' and the photoreceptor B. The contact force of the 1st and 2nd rolls 6, 6' to the photoreceptor B which is applied by the 2nd spring 10 is uniformly distributed to the 1st and 2nd rolls 6, 6' by the 1st spring 9 to be contacted with the photoreceptor B. |
