PURPOSE:To effect adhesion between a base and a material to be bonded in a short time without requiring any high-temperature heating, by coating an ultraviolet-curing type resin on a base made of a material with high ultraviolet transmittancy, subjecting a material to be bonded to adherence to it, followed by irradiating, from the back side of the base, an ultraviolet beam. CONSTITUTION:A base 2 made of a material with high ultraviolet transmittancy is laid on a workboard 1 made essentially of the same material as the above. An ultraviolet curing-type resin 4 is then coated on the surface of the base 2 followed by subjecting a piezoelectric ceramic 3 as an adhesive material to be bonded to which electrodes 3a and 3b are attached, to adherence to said resin 4. Subsequently, from the back side of the base 2 an ultraviolet beam which is emitted from a source 6 such as a mercury lamp, etc. is irradiated while pressing with a jig 5, thus effecting a curing of the resin 4 to accomplish the objective adhesion between the base 2 and the ceramic 3. |
