PURPOSE:To effect a highly accurate control, by a method wherein a head value required to determine a set weight Ws for each weighing is corrected by the head value obtained in the actual measurements up to the previous measurement, and when the forecast time DELTAT has passed, a controller is actuated to drive a valve driving part immediately. CONSTITUTION:When an introducing valve of a raw material tank is closed, the amount between the introducing valve and the surface of the raw material having already been introduced in a weighing hopper, i.e., the head value w'i (i=1,2,...,r) is measured and stored. The set head value wr+1 in the subsequent measurement, i.e., the (r+1)-th measurement is determined according to the actual value w'i (i=1,2,...,r) in the previous measurement up to the r-th measurement and is decided to be a function of the values w'1, w'2,...,w'r. The set head value q1 is obtained as follows, and the weighing is started from the (r+1)-th measurement: wr+1=q1=1/r(w'1+w'2+...w'r). The forecast time DELTAT; of each introduction is also represented by a functional relationship similarly to the head value. |
