The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display device capable of preventing the color mixture between adjacent pixels and improving transmittance. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the liquid crystal display device comprises: an insulation substrate; a gate line and a data line which are disposed on the insulation substrate; a first protection film which is disposed on the gate line and the data line; a first common electrode which is disposed on the first protection film and overlaps with the data line; an insulation film which is disposed o n the common electrode; a second common electrode which is disposed on the insulation film; a second protection film which is disposed on the second common electrode; and a pixel electrode which is disposed on the second protection film.
