PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic core which has high magnetic permeability and low iron loss in high frequency by molding the core made of a thin amorphous strip having positive magnetic distortion with suitable resin. CONSTITUTION:A thin amorphous alloy strip is formed by one side rolling method of one of melting and quenching methods, and is wound in a toroidal shape having 35phi of outer diameter and 25phi of inner diameter as a wound core. This core is annealed to remove the distortion, and is molded with various resins. |
