PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized, lightweight, and easy-to-handle sensor for measuring pressure, temperature, etc., optically by forming glass blocks provided with mirrors, etc., a holography optical system obtained by bonding recording materials, etc., mutually, and a diaphragm in one body. CONSTITUTION:Glass blocks 21-33, e.g. a rectangularly prismatic glass block 21, glass block 22 provided with the 1st mirror 9 by an Al vapor-deposited film, a glass block 27 provided with a half-mirror 10, etc., a holography optical sensor 5 which is formed by bonding recording materials 13 such as Bi12SiO20 in one body to measure the displacement of a diaphragm 5 on real-time basis, a diaphragm O which is displaced according to pressure and temperature, an optical sensor 5 and a writting light source Ar laser 1, and a reading light source He- Ne laser 2 are coupled optically by single-mode fibers 6 and 7; and a television camera 3 for sending pictures of the sensor 5 to a receiver 4 and the sensor 5 are coupled optically by an image fiber 8. Thus, the total weight of the optical sensor 5 is reduced to about 50g and its size is also reduced to measure pressure, etc., on real-time basis. |
