PURPOSE:To obtain a vibration preventive device which has excellent vibration preventing performance with its small size and lightweight and with which the deflection can be adjusted in accordance with the weight of the object to be born. CONSTITUTION:Two initially coned disc springs 20, 21 are arranged between the cylinder 1 and piston 12, and O-rings 22-27 are fitted between each member and these disc springs 20, 21. A chamber 28 is filled with a viscous fluid, and an orifice 29 formed between partition walls 11, 18 will give a vibration restraining effect. Gas chamber 30 formed in the cylinder 1 is filled with a pressure gas from a pressure gas source 32 through a control valve 31. A level sensor 33 is installed between the base and the object to be born (a), and the control valve 31 is operated with the output signal from control circuit 34, which is determined from signals from the sensor 33 and the set value by the setting circuit 35. Thus the piston 12 is held at a desired level. |
