<p>PURPOSE:To remove noises harmful to human body by providing a flange on the bottom part of a ultrasonic welder, inserting a rubber lining into the peripheral side of said flange, fitting a connecting ring fiting into the lining and covering fully the welded periphery of the work. CONSTITUTION:The flange 2 is provided on the bottom part of the ultrasonic welder 1, the rubber lining 3 is inserted into the peripheral side of said flange 2, further, the connecting ring 4 engaging strongly with said rubber lining 3 is equipped, the nets 5 are extended under this connecting ring, additionally a corrugate shaped substances 6 are provided outside the net 5, the spaces 7, 7... are formed between the above-mentioned nets 5, further more a high density metal plate 8 si mounted outside of them and the cover 9 of aluminum, etc., is fitted outside of said metal plate. In this way, noises in the audible range harmful to human body can be removed.</p> |
