PURPOSE:To prevent a titled device in its vicinity of gas heater from getting dirty and prevent the rise in temperature of heating chamber by a construction wherein an air curtain extending to the air suction part in the rear of the heater is formed in such a manner as to shield the space above the heater of the cooker, and the air suction part and heating chamber are connected to an exhaust gas duct provided with a fan installed at the outlet thereof. CONSTITUTION:With commencement of cooking, an exhaust fan 11 and a cross- flow fan 13 are driven. An air cartain 14 is formed by the air sent from the cross-flow fan 13 between the fan 13 and air sucking part 9 so that the air may flow into an exhaust gas duct 10 while it is catching up the exhaust gas and vapor emitted by the heater 1. Further, the cooling air stream created in the space between a table 2 and a heater unit 3 and also the exhaust in a heating chamber 4 are drawn into the exhaust gas duct 10. By this arrangement, it is possible to prevent the range in its vicinity of the gas heater from getting dirty and also prevent the rise in temperature of the heating chamber thereby obtaining improved safety in the operation. |
