PURPOSE:To eliminate the occurrence of a rush current and to reduce the power consumption, by giving a delay of a certain time to the rise or fall of the drive signal which is applied to the two transistors which are switched complementarily to each other. CONSTITUTION:The transistors TR1 and TR2 are switched complementarily to each other by the drive signals supplied from the drivers 6 and 7. Here the delaying circuit 11 and 12 are set between the drivers 6 and 7 and the control electrodes of the TR1 and TR2 respectively in order to give a delay of a certain time to the rise or fall of the drive signal. As a result, the TR1 and TR2 are never turned on at one time. This prevent the occurrence of a rush current. As a result, the power consumption is reduced. |
