PURPOSE:To enable the deviation in the thrust direction of a target surface to be regulated easily by forming the seat surface of both a target and a rotor shaft oblique to the rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:After a target seat surface 1b and a rotor seat surface 2a are formed oblique to a rotor shaft 2, a target 1 is fixed to the rotor shaft 2. When the deviation in the thrust direction of a target surface 1a is large during the rotation of the target 1, the target 1 is a little rotated relative to the shaft 2 after loosening a nut 3, and the nut 3 is fixed in such a position that the deviation of the target surface 1a becomes small. As a result, vibrations caused during the rotation of the target 1 can be minimized, regulation work of the deviation in the thrust (r) direction can be facilitated, and the assembly accuracy of a rotary- anode X-ray tube can be increased. |
