PURPOSE:To obtain a coating tool that can relieve the limitation on the viscosity of ink to be used by sealing a coating material under pressure into a pressure resistant vessel, providing a coating bill in the mouth part of the vessel and interposing a stop valve between the inside of the vessel and the coating bill. CONSTITUTION:Liquid ink 2 and gaseous ''Freon '' are sealed into a pressure resistant vessel 1. A cylinder 3 of a mouth part is inserted into the mouth part 1a of a vessel, and an injecting cylinder 6 is fitted loosely into the cylinder 3. A spring 7 is interposed between the cylinder 6 and the stepped part 3b of the cylinder 3 to pressurize the cylinder 6 to the mouth part side. An injecting hole is provided in the central part of the cylinder 6 to close the lower part, and a communicating hole 8 communicating with the inner side of the cylinder 3 is provided via a packing 10 fitted in an annular groove 9. When the vessel 1 is faced downward and the coating bill 11 fitted to the outside part of the cylinder 6 is pushed to the inner side of the vessel, the cylinder 6 slides in an arrow 12 direction and the packing 10 disengages from the groove 9, then the inside of the cylinder 3 is communicated with the injection hole by the hole 8, and the liquid ink flows out through the bill 11. Thus, the viscosity of the ink is made about 1,000-1,500cps. |
