PURPOSE:To always obtain each pulse in the timing as being set by obtaining a data required to generate each pulse while a pointer and a table are used. CONSTITUTION:When an interruption signal INT is generated from a timer means 1, a pointer means 2 gives a pointer Fi to generate the pulse this time. A time interval control means 3 generates a time interval data Dni corresponding to the pointer Fi from the time inerval table and sets the time interval ni represented by the data Dni to the timer means 1. Thus, the timer means 1 counts the set time interval ni and when it is counted out, the timer means generates again an interruption signal. An output port command means 4 generates a data DCj indicating an output port corresponding to the pointer Fi, that is, the output port Cj to generate the pulse this time, then the generated pulse is outputted from the prescribed output Cj instantly based on the data Dj.
