PURPOSE:To obtain the oscillation of laser beams according to a prescribed method without generating trouble such as the deformation of a casing, etc. as the constitutional member of the laser device through even use for a prolonged term, and to lengthen life as the device by forming the casing, into which a laser oscillating medium, etc. are incorporated, by a metal and circulating the inside of the casing by water. CONSTITUTION:A casing 13 is arranged between a total reflecting mirror 11 and an output mirror 12 mutually disposed oppositely, and formed by metal. A laser oscillating medium 15 such as a YAG rod held to a holder 14 is disposed into the casing 13 so that both mirrors 11, 12 are positioned onto the optical path of laser beams oscillated, exciting lamps 16 are each arranged at both sides of the laser oscillating medium 15, electrodes for the lamps are insulated by an insulator such as Teflon, and a condenser 17 is mounted so as to cover the laser oscillating medium and the exciting lamps. Water is circulated into the casing 13 having such structure, and the inside of the casing is circulated by water. |
