The invention concerns a cutting machine for a layout for continuous production of sheetlike products of material, which products are intended for use as wall panels, lining sheets and heat insulating coatings within the construction and machine building trades. The cutting machine includes a lengthwise carriage 4, in whose housing 5 is arranged a transverse-directed movable carriage 10, which carries a cutting arrangement with tool, a table 19 with a groove 20 for passage of the tool and removal of the scraps produced during the cutting, a pressure element 21 placed above the table 19, and a collection hopper 17 which is secured in a bottom part of the housing 5 of the lengthwise carriage 4 and connected to a suction element by a pipe branch 18. Furthermore, the cutting machine is provided with a nozzle arrangement 31, which is connected to a source of pressurized air, and boxlike air conduits 22 arranged above the ends of the groove 20. The pressure element 21 has the shape of a dome-shaped shell 25, which together with the air conduits 22 forms a continuous channel 28 and whose upper part carries the nozzle arrangement 31. This makes it possible to prevent solid and gaseous waste products arising during the cutting from getting into the maintenance zone. <IMAGE> |
