PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for labor of replating and to improve the quality of deep drawing press products, by turning the product over and bringing the inside to the outside in the final drawing process. CONSTITUTION:A metallic plate blank material is subjected to drawing press process plural times and drawn deeper gradually. For instance, an intermediate product 4 subjected to the third press processing is placed by bringing its opening 4' into contact with the circumference of the female hole of a female die 5 by which final fourth drawing press is performed. Then, it is pushed from the bottom 2 to the bottom of the female hole with a punch 6. By this way, the thickness is not reduced up to third drawing press processing. The inside face (a) free from drawing flaw can be made to the outside face almost as it is. |
