PURPOSE:To provide a linear displacement mechanism with better characteristics which enables the miniaturization with a substantial cost reduction by employing a flexible pin flexure to make up a measuring system better in characteristics using a diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:As an input pressure Pin is applied to a diaphram 2', a balancing beam 3 is slightly inclined centered on the fulcrum 0. Being flexible, the pin flexure 21' bends so slightly as to cross the balancing beam 3 orthogonally at one end and the diaphragm 2' orthogonally at the other end. In other words, the diaphragm 2' is not required to cause a horizontal displacement and slight inclination thereof meets the requirement. The inclination of the diaphragm 2' has no adverse effective on the characteristic of the equipment because of the relatively small required constant of a rotary spring. The mutual inlination of the balancing beam 3 and the diaphragm 2' is absorbed by the pin flexure 21' and the axial force of the diaphragm 2' related to measurement is transmitted with the pin flexure 21'. |
