PURPOSE:To make bending and adhering treatment of the skin easy to perform and to make the result of finished goods beautiful, by a method wherein a laminate, where the skin, a soft layer and a resin layer are stuck together through lamination with the surplus skin protruded on the outer circumference, is formed. CONSTITUTION:A resin molded material 1 is fitted over a protrusion 7 of a protrusion mold 5, woven fabric 2 which is made into the skin is arranged and supported between the protrusion mold 6 and a recession mold 8, the protrusion mold 6 and recession mold 8 are clamped together and a predetermined clearance is formed between the outside of the resin molded material 1 and the inside of an interposed woven fabric 2. Then a connecting port of a resin pouring machine is connected with a pouring hole 10 of the recession mold 8 and molten resin is pressed in. Then a semiproduct 4 of a laminated product where it possesses a soft layer 3 on the resin layer 1 and the woven fabric 2 which is in a state that the outside circumferential part is protruded through the soft layer 3 is stuck to the soft layer 3 is obtained. The soft layer 3 of the semiproduct 4 is clad only on the resin layer 1 and an end part of the soft layer 3 is formed so that the end part of the soft layer 3 becomes the same end face as an end part of the resin layer 1. Then when a protruded part 2A of the woven fabric 2 is stuck to a resin layer 1 side by bending the same, the protruded part 2A is finished beautifully after the end face of the soft layer 3 and that of the resin layer 1 as a bent joint. |
