<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a masking coat which is stable even in an atmosphere at high temp. and can be easily stripped after use, by coating Al2O3 or ZrO2 as a porous inorg. substance stuck to a part to be masked with a high m.p. metallic layer contg. Ni or Cr. CONSTITUTION:Al2O3 and/or ZrO2 as a porous inorg. substance is stuck to a part to be masked. The surface of the inorg. substance is coated with a high m.p. metallic layer of Ni, Cr or an alloy thereof. Thus, a masking coat which is stable even in an atmosphere at high temp. and is easily stripped after use is obtd.</p> |
