发明名称 HEATING METHOD BY LASER
摘要 PURPOSE:To absrob laser light extremely well and to perform heating by leaser of the work efficienctly by irradiating the laser light to the parts required to be heated of the surface of the work formed with the covering layer of sodium silicate. CONSTITUTION:An aq. soln. of sodium silicate is coated uniformly on the surface of the work consisting of metals, plastics, ceramics, etc. by a method of dipping, brushing or the like. After the above-described aq. soln. coated on the work dries, a laser is irradiated to the work to heat the work. At least >=1mum thickness of the above-descirbed sodium silicate coated layer suffices. Since the sodium silicate is alkaline liquid, the same does not attack the coating surface of the work. Particularly, the sodium silicate has extremely high laser absorbing power and therefore, the thermal efficiency of the desired heating parts of the work is excellent.
