PURPOSE:To prevent thermal dererioration due to a vapor layer by a method wherein a coil constructed of an electric wire whose periphery is sealed with thermosetting insulating resin is joined with an iron core and heated at temperatures higher than the softening one of the resin, thereby the pressure is applied to the periphery. CONSTITUTION:An inductive electromanetic apparaus comprises an inside iron core 1, outside iron cores 2 and a coil 3. The coil 3 prepared by winding an electric wire 5 on a bobbin 4 is joined with the inside iron core 1 and then the outside iron cores 2 are added to assemble the unit. After the electric wire 5 is softened by preheating the wire, it is sealed with softenig thermosetting insulating resin. The electric wire 5 is wound on the bobbin 4 to prepare the coil 3. Subsequently, the coil 3 is joined with the inside iron core 1 and heated to the extent that the resin in a sealing layer is softened, whereas pressure is applied to the periphery of the coil 3. The softened resin then floats under pressure, so that the sealing layer between the electric wire 5 and paper 7 between the layers works to fill up the gap between the electric wires. |
