PURPOSE:To make the setting of curing conditions and management easy, and to make the reproduced sound quality stable, by using an adhesives of two-pack and ultraviolet ray curing type, for the bonding of components. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 5 and diaphragm 6, the diaphragm 6 and an edge 7, and a damper 9 and the diaphragm 6 are bonded with a two-pack ultraviolet ray curing type adhesives 11. The adhesives 11 is a two-pack type acrylic resin adhesives added with a functional group having photopolymerization such as acryloil group at the end of a monomer, acrylic system oligomer, or photosensitive substance such as benzoin. Through the mixture of two-liquid, the polymerization is processed slowly and the curing is progressed and then a stable curing state to some degree is obtained. Further, the curing is progressed by irradiating ultraviolet rays at ordinary temperature, allowing to obtain further stable and uniform curing state. |
