PURPOSE:To obtain the titled controller which is free from a change of the rotary phase, by applying not only the phase control but the frequency control to the rotary control by making use of the information data recorded on a disk. CONSTITUTION:The data signal detected by a sensor 13 and existing on a disk 12 is applied to a drop-out compensator 14, a PLL circuit 15 and a synchronism detecting/ protecting circuit 16. For the compensator 14, a drop-out part is compensating with the signal which counted 18 the clock signals given from the circuit 15. Then the output of this compensation is delivered to a frequency-voltage converter 17. The converter 17 produces the voltage corresponding to the number of revolutions of the disk 12 on the basis of a certain emerging frequency of the logic 1 of the modulated audio signal recorded on the disk 12. This voltage is applied to an adder 9. The circuit 16 detects the block synchronizing signal in a data, delivers the pulses periodically and with each block and receives the compensating signal from the circuit 15 in case a drop-out occurs. The signal which counted 19 the output of the circuit 16 is compared 20 with the reference signal in terms of the phase. Then the disk 12 is turned with the signal obtained by adding the output of comparison 20 and the output of the converter 17 together. |
