PURPOSE:A liquid cosmetic having various kinds of clear colors, satifying simultaneously an emolient effect and a moisturizing effect, obtained by blending a phospholipid with water and/or a polyhydric alcohol, oil-soluble nonionic surface active agent and an oily substance in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:A liquid cosmetic oil comprising 0.01-10wt% phospholipid (lecithin, cephalin, etc.) 0.005-8wt% water and/or polyhydric alochol (e.g., glycerol, etc.) 0.002-0.3wt% oil-soluble nonionic surface active agent (e.g., sorbitan oleate, etc.) and 99.1-80wt% oily substance (e.g., squalane, etc.) as essential ingredients, and, if necessary, a water-soluble dyestuff. EFFECT:Having low skin stimulation, and improved stability with time. |
