PURPOSE:To shorten magnetic gap length by forming an armature coil by a conductor layer shaped to a sheet-shaped carrier while the whole outer circumferential section of the armature coil by a discoid ring-shaped holding member and arranging the outer circumferential section of the armature coil into a field magnet gap. CONSTITUTION:The coils of each phase phi1, phi2, phi3 are manufactured by forming strands 12 with predetermined thickness to both surfaces of the sheet-shaped carriers 13 through plating. These coils of each phase are laminated while keeping prescribed positional relationship, and unified through adhesive layers 14, and the armature coil is completed. The outer circumferential section of the armature coil is disposed into the magnetic gap by being supported by the coil holding member. Accordingly, since magnetic gap length can be shortened, large torque is obtained by the small-sized motor, and the motor can be used at revolution at high speed. |
