PURPOSE:To form a coil in the optimum state in response to the inner state of each slot of a stator core by inserting a supporting member having elasticity between the holder of the first and second forming jig bodies and each forming blade. CONSTITUTION:The first and second forming jig bodies 14, 15 inserted into a stator core 11 are combined in the state that the second formed blades 26,... are inserted between the forming blades 17,... of the first body 14 and the guide member 23 in the stator core 11. The coil 12 mounted in the slot 13 of the stator core 11 is externally urged by the formed blades 17,... and is formed in the prescribed shape. When the internal state of the slot 13 is different for each slot 13, the compressed state of supporting members 18, 27 which respectively supports the blades 17, 26 varies in response to the internal state of the slot 13 corresponding to the blades 17, 26. |
