TIRE HANDLING APPARATUS FOR TIRE PRESS

摘要

Tire is unloaded from a vulcanizer by engaging the underside of the tire with support arms which are the raised vertically with the tire. The tire is then transferred to a conveyor along a path different from its raising. During elevation and transfer the tire is pref. gripped between the support arms and a pressure arm. The tire is horizontal during its transfer. The arms are pref. attached to rollers which move in vertical slots to restrict movement. Tire can be stably positioned on the conveyor.
