PURPOSE:A food product containing a binder is sheeted and laminated by placing barriers between the sheets, then the laminatings are pressed in the laminating direction to make a plurality of sheet food products. CONSTITUTION:Shavings of dried bonito or a mixture thereof with dried laver is combined with a binder such as dextrin powder, arabic gum powder, salt and chemical flavor. The mixed powder is made into a slurry with water or additionally starch and bonito extract. The food product to be sheeted 1 is laminated together with barriers 2 and pressed in the laminating direction to adhere into a sheet. |
