PURPOSE:To obtain a product allowing free division of blocks and having little molding strain, by dividing a section tube unequally in three or more different ways, and by making the slant angle of each section different from those of other sections. CONSTITUTION:When melted resin sets, a core rod 20 is drawn downward to open a die. Then, the part of a section 10C of a section tube which has a steep slanting surface moves inward and slips out of a side groove 5 and a screw part 4. Next, the part of a section 10A having a slanting surface gentler than that of the section 10C moves inward, slipping out of a side hole 6 and the screw part 4. Moreover, when the part of 10E having a slanting surface gentler than that of the section 10A moves inward, remaining parts of sections 10B, 10D and 10F, whose moves have been restricted thus far by the above sections, move inward simultaneously or separtely. Thereby a molded article 1 is separated from a core and thus the opening of the die is finished. |
