PURPOSE:To obtain an optical fiber flux arrayed and laminated at intervals of high accuracy by a simple method, by oppositely placing 2 plates to which the optical fiber flux has been fixed temporarily, placing a gauge between the plates, and controlling the laminated interval. CONSTITUTION:In case of lamination of 2 stages, which becomes a foundation, an optical fiber 3 is fixed temporarily to plates 1, 2 whose groove has been worked with high accuracy, a gauge 4 for controlling a laminating interval is placed between them, and the fiber is fixed by a resin 5. In this case, it is laminated in matching with its array while seeing by a microscope, etc. Also, as for this plate, an array error due to an error of working accuracy is reduced by using that which has cut a plate worked in the same way, to optional length in the direction falling at right angles to the groove. Subsequently, in case of 4 stage lamination, the optical fiber flux of 2 stage lamination is fixed temporarily to the plates 1, 2, respectively, and is fixed by the resin 5 by placing a gauge 6 between the plates. Also, in case of the optical fiber flux of 8 stage lamination, the optical fiber flux piled like bales, etc., the lamination can be executed by the same method as above. |
