发明名称 CONTROL MECHANISM OF THROTTLE VALVE IN CARBURETOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve a rate of fuel consumption and purity exhaust gas, in an actuator opening and closing a carburetor throttle valve in an internal combustion engine, by counting a number of revolutions of a motor, detecting a position of the throttle valve and operating feedback control of the number of revolutions. CONSTITUTION:A rotary disc 23 is provided to a rotary shaft of a DC motor 18 in an actuator 17, and a number of revolutions of the DC motor 18 is detected by light emitting and photo diodes 24, 25. A circuit, counting the number of revolutions of the DC motor 18, is further added in a control unit 26. When a switch of the actuator 17 is turned OFF, the motor 18 is rotated to move a rod 21 to a throttle opening position corresponding to temperature of cooling water. While at deceleration, the rod 21 is moved out to a throttle valve adapted position of an air buffer, after the switch is turned ON, a return pulse is generated at a fixed rate to use a device also as a buffer. In this way, a rate of fuel consumption can be improved, and exhaust gas can be purified.
