PURPOSE:To facilitate the forming by a structure wherein a tubular body bored with a plurality of through holes is employed as a center shaft in case of manufacturing a rotary long shaft equipped with synthetic resin blades used in an air conditioner or the like. CONSTITUTION:A metal tubular body 2a, which is inserted in the rotary long shaft 1 equipped with synthetic resin blades as reinforcement, is employed so as to form the outer skin part of the rotary long shaft thereover and as well as a plurality of the through holes 9-11 are formed on the outer peripheral wall of the tubular body 2a. A metal portion and a synthetic resin portion are integrally formed by producing synthetic resin flow through the through holes 9-11 during injection molding. In such a manner as mentioned just above, the forming is facilitated and as well as the blades with small run-out during rotation and yet with excellent axial dimensional accuracy are resulted.
