The magnetron is improved by installing a junction part for preventing a gasket from being excluded that is, the leakage of high frequency energy and the obstacle of a radio wave can be removed. A step(30a), where the diameter of a magnetic pole(5) is larger than that of a dome(16), is formed in a contacting part with the gasket(29) of a yoke(30), and the gasket within a concave place is attached by this step.
