<p>PURPOSE:To effectively and securely hot-weld net bodies, by arranging a plurality of net bodies while shifting their hot-welted positions to hot-weld only inner and outer bodies lapping together only, separating unwelded parts from each other to constitute approximately honeycomb structure. CONSTITUTION:Onto the first net body 2 mounted on a base plate 1, a plurality of the rod-shaped first spacers 4 which will not hot-melt adhere to the first net body 2 are placed in fixed intervals, and the second net body 3 made of synthetic resin is then placed from the outside. After the first net body 2 and the second net body 3 are hot-welded together by a hot-welding means 5, a plurality of the rod-shaped second spacers 6 are placed on respective hot-welded parts, and the third net body 7 is put upon the net body 3 and hot-welded thereto by the hot-welding means 5. Only by separating the unwelded parts of the inner and outer net bodies lapping together from each other, the packing material A formed as a whole into an almost honeycomb structure is obtained.</p> |
