摘要

Catalyst for the prepn. of aromatic mono-amines by hydrogenation of nitro cpds. in gaseous phase and contg. Cu and Mg deposited on a silica or alumina support, is characterised by contg. ZnO in a Cu/ZnO/MgO molar ratio of 1/0.005-0.2/0.5-2. The catalytic mass is deposited on the support and the support mass comprises 10-50% of the total mass of the catalyst. Eg. for prepg. aniline from nitrobenzene or o-toluidine from o-nitrotoluene. The catalyst has superior activity compared to known catalyst and good mechanical and catalytic stability.
