TRANSMITTING SYSTEM OF BAND COMPRESSED PICTURE

PURPOSE:To shorten the time of transmission, by transmitting only the information of the areas excepting a fixed slip part in the picture information on a transmitting original. CONSTITUTION:The code and the picture signal of the slip information which are registered previously are transmitted through a transmitting terminal. The information given from the transmitting terminal is received and demodulated by a modulator/demodulator 6. Then the signal showing a slip code is extracted by a signal distributing device 7 and fed to a slip signal producer 8. The producer 8 receives the slip code and collates this code through a storage device 9. If the slip code is acceptable, a transmission permitting signal is sent to the device 7. The device 7 transmits this signal to a circuit through the modulator/ demodulator 6. The received and demodulated picture signal is sent to a compressed picture signal demodulator 10 from the device 7 to be demodulated and then synthesized with the signal given from the producer 8 through a synthesizer 11 to be delivered to a printer 12.
