Bicycle handlebars with two handlebar arms (11) which can be pivoted with respect to one another in the swivel head (10) and the handlebar arm heads (19) of which are directed towards one another and provided with a toothing (23). Arranged between the toothings (23) is a rack (27) guided in a rack guide (26). The rack (27) has a toothing (30) which meshes with the toothings (23) of the handlebar arm heads (19). Moreover, the handlebar arm heads (19) are provided at the transitions to the respective handlebar arms (11) with concave handlebar arm collars (29) in which convex housings (28) engage positively; as a result, twisting of the handlebar arms (11) is avoided. <IMAGE>
