In the case of tensioning frames for brushing electrodes (spraying electrodes, emission electrodes), having a plurality of tensioning planes arranged above one another, the brushing electrodes have hitherto been fastened to the pipes situated on the inside in such a manner, that, for each fastening point, two through holes, laterally offset with respect to one another, were arranged through both pipe walls for the brushing electrodes pointing upwards and downwards respectively. The result of this is that it was not possible to achieve an optimum geometric arrangement of the brushing electrodes and that, owing to this type of fastening, optimum filter efficiency could not be achieved. To overcome this drawback it is now proposed that, on the pipes (6) situated inside, only one hole, which passes through both pipe walls in alignment, be provided for two brushing electrodes (1), extending in opposite directions, at a time, and that in each case two brushing electrode ends (4) are pushed into the holes from opposite directions and are joined to the tubes (6). <IMAGE>
