The vehicle seat belt roller includes a frame-located rotatable spindle (11) which is connected to a spirally-wound spring (20), for rolling-up purposes, in its outer end. - The inner end of the spiral spring is fixed in the frame (10), and when the spindle rotates, the spring outer end describes a path around the geometric axis of the spindle.
