<p>PURPOSE:To omit invalid program running and to save time and energy in a digital type controller having a program generator by finding a point at which a set point approximate to a controlled variable at the starting of control appears firstly an starting pattern control directly at the point. CONSTITUTION:A program pattern designating a set point for furnace control e.g. is previously stored in a memory in addition to data indicating an operational process. An operation part 2 operates a necessary manipulated variable from an output of an analog input part 1 and the set point outputted from the memory 3 in proportion to time signals (t) and transmits the operated value to a manipulated variable outputting part 4. The manipulated variable signal is converted into an analog variable by the manipulated variable outputting part 4 and outputted as a manipulated variable MV to said furnace, a system to be controlled. Tracking of a controlled variable PV moves the starting point of pattern control from a normal starting point t1 to a point t2 at which a setting point SP is equal to the intial value PV1 of the PV and the pattern control is started regarding the set point SP as the initial set point, omitting program running executed before the point t2.</p> |
