PURPOSE:To keep the stop position precise by operating the brake unit to stop a moving pedestal directly after it is moved to the stopping position and by releasing the brake unit after a positioning pin is inserted into the V-groove of a positioning block. CONSTITUTION:A moving pedestal 4 equipped with a robbot A for feeding a work is reciprocated by a pneumatic cylinder 5. A bracket 9 is fitted to the side of the pedestal 4, and a braking pinion 11 is freely rotatably coupled with the vertical plate section 9a of the bracket 9 and a fixed shaft 10, and a solenoid brake 12 is coupled. A guide member 14 guiding the up-and-down movement of a positioning pin 13 is fitted to the side face of the pedestal 4, the tip 13a of the pin 13 is inserted in the V-groove 21a of a positioning block 21. A braking rack 18 is fixed to the base plate 1 of the shaft 3, engaging with the pinion 11, thereby when the pedestal 4 is stopped by a brake unit B, the block 21 is precisely fixed to a screw rod 20. |
