The invention relates to a sulky which has a frame with a generally reversed U-shape and a separate spring suspension for each wheel. According to the invention, a swinging arm (5) is rotatably connected to the corresponding leg (4) of the frame (1), specifically at a point between the ends of the swinging arm (5), the swinging arm bearing the axle swinging leg (18) underneath the rotary connection to the frame (1), and the frame (1) and the swinging arm (5) being connected to one another above the rotary connection by means of a spring arrangement (11-17).
