CONSTITUTION:With the tablets 1, 2 pressed together, ultrasonic vibrations (or high-frequency waves, heating, etc.) are applied to a chuck 4 to bond the tablets 1, 2 together. In this case, in order not to leave a gap between the abutted surfaces of the tablets 1, 2, the tablets 1, 2 are surrounded by a cover 6, and the inside is deaerated by a vacuum apparatus. Further, to maintain the airtightness, seal rings 7, 8 are provided. Thus, the intended tablet is obtained. |
