PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of operation by a method wherein data corresponding to a label set on a label printer are extracted sequentially from subscribed-issuance instructing data for printing. CONSTITUTION:Two subordinate machines B are connected to a master machine A. The master machine A is connected to a host computer C and so designed as to receive and store data on subscribed issuance. A display element 5, displaying items to be printed on a label 8, comprises an area 5a for displaying the names of commodities, the properties thereof and messages of various kinds, an area 5b for displaying dates of manufacture, the weight of the commodities, dates of sale, etc., an area 5c for displaying the commodity number and a sale unit price, and an area 5d for displaying the kind of the label and others. Moreover, a printing control means whereby data to be printed on the label of the kind detected by this kind detecting means are extracted sequentially from issuance subscriptions and printed is provided. By the construction as described above, data to be printed on labels of the same kind are extracted sequentially from data subscribed for issuance and are printed. |
