PURPOSE:To prevent the production of stagnating sludge by brinding outflowing high viscous granules into collision against diffusion pieces which are disposed at prescribed intervals in the preceding end of a supply port for the high viscous granules and supplying the same into a buffer tank while diffusing said granules. CONSTITUTION:Diffusion pieces 7 are disposed at prescribed intervals in the preceding end part of a supply port 3 for sludge of a pH controlling device 1. The pH controlling sludge which is the high viscous fluid flowing out through the port 3 is supplied into a buffer tank 2 while said sludge is brought into collision against the pieces 7 and is thus diffused in four ways, whereby diffused sludge 8 is formed. The pH controlling sludge is kept agitated at all times in the tank 2, and the pH controlling sludge supplied into the tank 2 is discharged successively from the older sludge through a discharge port 4 for sludge to the outside, by which the change of its properties is obviated. The pieces 7 of corrugated or net-like shapes other than disc-like shapes are usable. |
