TABLE OF TURRET LATHE

Table of a turret lathe carrying the internal and external turning tools which are arranged on concentric circles at the center of the table while providing for the diameter of free passage. The table may receive the largest number of tools for the smallest diameter by arranging the tools on at least three concentric circles in the following way: on the inner circle internal tools are arranged while respecting the free passage diameter, on the intermediate circle there are also arranged internal tools at an equal distance between two neighbouring internal tools arranged on the inner circle while maintaining the free passage diameter, and on the outer circle there are arranged the external tools while maintaining the free passage diameter for two adjacent internal tools, one of which being on the inner circle and the other one on the intermediate circle, and for the neighbouring external tool.
