PURPOSE:To improve strength of trimming, by interposing a reinforcing core material in a gap between a corrugated core made of a base material of corrugated cardboard and a liner, in a roof trimming for a motorcar. CONSTITUTION:A necessary part of a base material 2 of corrugated cardboard made of a corrugated core 3 and liners 4 which are adhered to each other through a thermoplastic resin film 5, that is, the upper part 1a of a rear seat is molded thermally in a fixed shape by inserting and interposing a reinforcing core material 15 into a gap (delta) between the corrugated core 3 and the liner 4. Strong roof trimming 1 is formed by sticking a cover material 6 consisting of non-woven cloth and a resin sheet on the surface of the base material 2 of the corrugated cardboard through a thermoplastic resin film 7 simultaneously with or after thermal molding process of the base material 2. |
